The latest kite festival was organised by fine arts , Dhaka University as known as the Charukela , Dhaka. It was held on February 26 to March 2 , 2012 at Inani Sea beach , cox's bazar. It was named as Guri Utshab . This is a traditional act for Bangladeshi. The Charukela students and teachers has been performing for last eight years. Many people of there celebrates the Guri Utshab and enjoyed with songs , dance and addas.
